This position is based in Pawleys Island but is an easy commute from the Myrtle Beach area — perfect for candidates looking to join a reputable local dealership with a strong community reputation.
What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to internet, phone, and text inquiries from vehicle shoppers
- Manage and follow up with leads through CRM systems
- Schedule and confirm appointments for customers to visit the showroom
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the buying process
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth, professional experience for every guest
- Complete approximately 100 follow-up calls per day to engage potential buyers
- Long-term follow-up required
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or telemarketing preferred
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time position including Saturdays (Closed Sunday)
- Starting at $15/hour plus monthly bonus opportunities
