South Strand Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to connect with online shoppers, schedule showroom appointments, and provide exceptional customer service. This position is based in Pawleys Island but is an easy commute from the Myrtle Beach area — perfect for candidates looking to join a reputable local dealership with a strong community reputation.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond promptly to internet, phone, and text inquiries from vehicle shoppers
  • Manage and follow up with leads through CRM systems
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for customers to visit the showroom
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the buying process
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth, professional experience for every guest
  • Complete approximately 100 follow-up calls per day to engage potential buyers
  • Long-term follow-up required

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or telemarketing preferred
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time position including Saturdays (Closed Sunday)
