Automotive Parts Consultant

Join Our Team as an Automotive Parts Consultant!

At South Strand Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Consultant in Pawleys Island, SC. As an Automotive Parts Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with finding the right parts and accessories for their vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our inventory is well-maintained and stocked.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, and online with finding the right automotive parts and accessories
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding pricing, availability, and compatibility of parts
  • Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery to customers and technicians
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts department
  • Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure accurate and efficient parts ordering

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a related field is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Work Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Saturdays needed) Closed on Sunday
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Pay based on experience
  • Ability to lift moderate weight
  • Basic computer skills

Schedule/Pay:

  • Salary ranging from $30k-$60k/year
  • Commission
  • Monday-Friday 8-10 hour shifts
  • Weekend Availability (Sunday Closed)
  • No Nights
